Service Overview

Intellectual Property

  1. Audit results are owned by [Audit]Flow. Users agree that their data may be used for statistical purposes.
  2. Users consent to [Audit]Flow using data for statistical purposes only. Data will not be sold to third parties without user consent.
  3. Users retain intellectual property rights over their own content uploaded to [Audit]Flow.

User Responsibility

  1. Users are responsible for their actions and the results of using [Audit]Flow.
  2. [Audit]Flow will strive to resolve any identified bugs.
  3. Users should rely on Webflow’s regular backups for data safety.
  4. Users are accountable for the content published on their sites.

User Conduct

  1. Monetization of [Audit]Flow by a user for personal gain is prohibited.
  2. Discriminatory or offensive behavior in any form (online or offline) will not be tolerated.
  3. Violations may result in suspension or termination based on a majority vote within our organization.

Amendments to Terms

  1. Users will be notified of changes via email and have 30 days to object, after which acceptance is assumed.
